Pupil Premium

Pupil Premium

At Cadmore End, we are committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to flourish, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Pupil premium is additional government funding provided to help schools improve educational outcomes for disadvantaged pupils. We use this funding to remove barriers to learning, strengthen high-quality teaching and provide targeted academic, pastoral and enrichment support.

Our priorities include improving attendance, developing speech and language skills, addressing gaps in learning, supporting pupils with SEND and promoting emotional wellbeing and engagement. We carefully monitor the impact of our provision through assessment, attendance information, pupil and parent voice, learning walks, work scrutiny and individual case studies.

Our current Pupil Premium Strategy Statement, including our planned expenditure and review of the previous academic year, can be viewed below.
