School Lunches
We provide a varied selection of freshly prepared school lunches, with hot meals, vegetarian alternatives, salads, fresh fruit and yoghurt available across our two-week menu. Children may also choose from a selection of jacket potatoes, sandwiches and other lighter options.
We continually review and develop our menus to provide children with enjoyable, balanced meals and to prepare for the updated School Food Standards planned for September 2027.
Booking a School Lunch
All school lunches must be booked in advance through Arbor.
School lunches are provided free of charge for:
- All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 through Universal Infant Free School Meals
- Children who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals
Parents of children receiving Universal Infant Free School Meals should still check whether they qualify for benefits-related free school meals, as registering may provide additional funding to support their child’s education.
School lunches cost £2.85 per meal for:
- Nursery children
- Children in Key Stage 2 who are not eligible for free school meals
