School Policies
“From small beginnings come great things.”
The Parable of the Mustard Seed – Matthew 13:31–32
Our policies explain how Cadmore End C of E School and Nursery is governed and how we provide a safe, inclusive and supportive education for every child. They reflect our Christian vision and values, our statutory responsibilities and our commitment to helping every child flourish.
The policies currently in force can be viewed and downloaded below. Paper copies are available free of charge from the school office. Please contact us if you require a policy in an alternative or more accessible format.
Safeguarding Statement
Cadmore End C of E School and Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We expect all staff, governors and volunteers to share this commitment.
Our policies and procedures support a strong culture of safeguarding throughout the school. Our Child Protection Policy and further information about our safeguarding arrangements can be found in the Safeguarding Children section of the website.
Where we have concerns about a child’s safety or welfare, we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies. Wherever it is safe and appropriate to do so, we will discuss our concerns with parents or carers. However, information may be shared without prior discussion when doing so is necessary to protect a child or another person from harm.
The school also fulfils its responsibilities under the Prevent duty by helping pupils remain safe from the risks of radicalisation and extremism.
