OFSTED 2024: GOOD in all areas! “There is a really strong, inclusive culture in this school that promotes equality for all, and that is really modelled through all staff and through the leadership, because all children are welcome here and the school does everything they can to care, nurture and educate.” (OFSTED 24)

SIAMS
March 2023

We are proud that our most recent Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) judged Cadmore End Church of England Primary School to be Good overall in how effectively our distinctive Christian vision enables pupils and adults to flourish.

Inspectors recognised that our vision permeates the life and work of the school, creating a “safe and happy environment” and a strong, loving community where everyone is seen as a seedling “from whom great things can grow.”

The report highlights the passion of leaders and governors in living out the school’s Christian vision in policies, decision-making and daily practice, ensuring bespoke support for pupils and families.

Pupils describe our school as “a small school but one big family,” where relationships are exceptionally positive and differences are treated with dignity and respect.

Collective worship was praised as inclusive and invitational, thoughtfully planned around the Church year and helping pupils reflect on Bible teachings and how these shape daily life.

Inspectors also recognised our strong links with the parish and Diocese, and the way our community works together to support those in need.

We continue to build on this strong foundation, further developing spiritual growth and religious education so that every child continues to flourish.
