OFSTED 2024: GOOD in all areas! “There is a really strong, inclusive culture in this school that promotes equality for all, and that is really modelled through all staff and through the leadership, because all children are welcome here and the school does]everything they can to care, nurture and educate.” (OFSTED 24)

Forest School

At Cadmore End School, we have our own Forest school on site, which is lead by our incredible Forest School leader, Mrs Hazell. The children are able to engage in these sessions weekly, throughout the whole year!

Forest School is a holistic and child-led approach to learning. It allows children to develop themselves through healthy engagement with risk, problem-solving and self-discovery, all within a natural environment in a hands-on and thoughtful manner.

Have a look at just a few activities that the children will have the opportunity to do (under careful adult supervision) with us in Early Years sessions.

In EYFS forest school sessions we will be developing lots of new skills. In order to recognise these achievements we will be introducing an exciting new feature...a woodland explorer award!  Take a look at what the children are going to collect a stamp for...
